Still works in 2022. Had this in the drawer since Apple bought them (or some big company). Charged up and works with a Samsung zfold.
I can't pair this in my phone
Still won't pair. A family member bought these and used them for a bit. Gave them to me and I've never been able to get them to pair. Since the help link 404s it seems like there is no actual desire to ensure the product works.
I think it's a scam. Website, email don't exist. Device can't connect to others. It is a waste of money 😤
Had these ear buds for a while and they never worked well. Since being home, I pulled them out and decided to give them another try, they still suck. Can't even pair them with my phone now. What a waste, wish I would have bought 3 $100 pairs instead of this pair.

why does the app require my location to change noise filters? why do the earbuds have a battery life of forty minutes? why is it that if i want to use a single bud, i can only use the right one? why don't they update the app? why did they abandon the product the second they met their crowdfunding goal? why do the chinese censor reviews?
i can't get the buds to pair. Why doesn't this work?
Android users deserve to have the access to Here Plus same as iOS. We paid the same money and you are treating the iOS people better than us. They get the upgrade to the Hearing facilitating app Here Plus and Android users don't even though we paid the same money as iOS users. This is wrong and unfair. Either give us our money back or give us the same opportunity to have a Here Plus app. I want answers.
